Hello, we are The Lohmann family.
We — that's Andrea and Dennis, plus our two boys Leon and Fynn. Our home is actually in Markgröningen near Stuttgart, but our hearts have belonged to the Lüneburg Heath for many years. As soon as the bags are in the car and the Winsen town sign comes into view, our holiday begins: wide meadows, the scent of heather, the wind over the Aller — and children who finally get to just be kids again.
Linde 1 on Lindenplatz was our first piece of home here — we've shared it with guests since 2020. In 2026, Haus Anna on Poststraße joined it — the old half-timbered house that belonged to Grandma Anna, where Leon and Fynn already used to romp around the garden as toddlers. We renovated it with a lot of love (and some patience and grey hair) — today it holds two apartments for our guests.
We're not on site all the time — but we're always just a phone call away. Ask us where to find the best cake, which heath trail suits little legs, or where Leon and Fynn like their ice cream best — we'll answer honestly and first-hand. Promise.
